Mangos are delicious! I even put a little tiny bit of salt on them sometimes when I crave a bitter sweet taste. :)

Same here. My mom and I have never really gotten along the greatest. I try to be kind and stuff because I know she's under a lot of stress trying to deal with medicaid and getting my dad home. Though it doesn't stop her from getting on my nerves sometimes.
That sounds like fun. I'm going to be getting ready to leave soon to go see my dad and grandma. The home they are at is having a party tonight for the residents and their families. So I'm kinda looking forward to that.

Agreed BBR We are having similar issues with our moms it seems. Only that for my mom the medicaid home aide stuff is just a little more annoying than I could handle.

Sometimes. Green mangoes with shrimp paste are sold as street food back in the old country :) I remember now, it's fermented shrimp in brine.
