Protein shakes? You gotta take in more calories to build more muscle though since you're still training.

I guess your only option is to work out a lot. It'll build muscle which weighs more than fat.

@Zephi Make sure you gain weight with muscle, not fat! Eat a lot of protein and do some weight training!

Iro that's my problem. My metabolism is so high as it is... I eat all the time and NOTHING. I havent' gained a bpound in like... almost 10 years T^T

Buy some protein shakes. They actually make some really filling and delicious ones if you know what to look for. Kashi is the best that I've found.
