I run a charity for new users and they never seem to cease to be amazed at how they actually get personal attention, their questions answered, etc...

So while the site has undoubtedly changed, it would seem that it managed to hold onto the essence of what is most important.

It's definitely nice watching everyone talk and celebrate together....glad this doesn't seem to be going downhill the way Gaia did as it grew. Gotta say, haven't been back there in years...but it was once a lot like Mene.

I was on Gaia earlier just to see what kind of event they put up this year. I'm not used to it anymore! My place is here and Facebook. I used to frequently post on Cosplay.com but I quit that site, too.

*bows* I had a fight with my computer, but finally vanquished all the adware and other such atrocities. Spyware Doctor saved my life!!!

@ Whisper, it wasn't all that different. We didn't have so many stores, and there wasn't any drawers in our inventory so we had to look through all of it to find the items we wanted. There wasn't multiposed contribution items...but really nothing much as changed, I don't think.

"Vanquish this evil from time and space!" I need to check what's wrong with my computer. Over the summer, a regular "update" caused my computer's disk drive to stop functioning, period!

It's just not my kind of humor is all.
