Do you parents eat the superstitious food for New Year's? My mom swears she has to eat cabbage (for money) and black eyed peas (for good luck) on New Year's.

I think we eat it after New Year's, but I dunno. That was a few years ago, now my aunt and my mom just lay coins on the windowsill.

Suona - Don't feel bad. Hanging out with married friends isn't so much fun. I mostly feel like a fifth wheel when I hang out with my married friends.
