Computer Generated is for things that are Rendered, like 3D stuff and Flash Animation. Though Generated work is a category within Computer Graphics it is not the actual acronym. CG is a general term including all art made digitally (which also means art done with a tablet, which is not rendered automatically like Vector Animations). If you say "I want a CG piece" to a professional artist they will think Computer Graphics.
