I visit the lending tree often to see what I can lend others. It was a really good idea for a thread.

I usually don't use the lending tree. I lose track of items too easily.

that's why i started it, Dy
i would lend out so much
and sometimes people poof
then they forget who they borrowed it from
this way we have a record of who was lent what

my spork got lent and never given back
but then The Wandering Poet: GIFTED me one <3
i still have yet to gift in return but i am still touched by the gesture

it's pretty easy to use
you just post what you need to borrow
and someone will trade you the item
when you're finished you trade back
then you post to let them know it's returned

how was your lunch break

Thankfully, I've never had any problems with the lending tree. I've loaned at least three times, I believe. Always been returned my items.

Yeah. I very rarely lend and borrow items, and if I do, I like it to be from friends. I don't want to start any trouble. And I like to think that if people want to use an item, they should just buy it. It helps the economy and all. So if I can I just buy it.

Roleplaying is a bit simpler because you don't have to put as much thought into your characters. But I'd imagine that's what makes DnD more fun.
