we're good, she just went back to work after two weeks off.

I think my toothbrush cut my gums.
Good thing I am getting my teeth cleaned/checked+ getting a free toothbrush tomorrow.
Need to replace my old one. XD

the animals definitely loved having her home.

Yeah. It did feel a bit hard when I did brush my teeth. My dentist always gives me a new one every time I go. especially since It's a cleaning+checkup. I'll probably get some more fluoride mouth rinse too.

yeah I definitely don't have no cavities. I have like 5. They don't hurt though.
My mouth breathing causes it to be easier to get cavitites. But I am starting to drink more plain water. So hopefully after I get the fillings I wont have to do fillings for a while.

I even get free toothpaste. I don't think my dentist will be mad for my cavities because I rarely have this many. Like I have not had this many since I as like..really young.

if you like seltzer water add that to juice
it really cuts the sugar and calories
i usually just add a lot of ice
let it melt then drink juice

I've never heard of it.
I'll have to check it out. But I did nearly drink a whole bottle of water yesterday.
It's a rather large tall bottle too. So I am slowly drinking more and more and less juice.
