And I have done everything I can basically.
i save everything on my external and it ends up on the C drive anyways e.e

Have you tried closing any back-up programs that may be running? The fewer things you run at a time should help prevent the low memory warning.

But sometimes if I try to delete something from the C drive it just

Star will sometimes drag and when it asks me do i 'copy here, or move here' she clicks move here if that doesn't work copy it to the external and then deleate it off the main drive..
