My dad got his toe cut off and stuff.

He's always been the only one to care.

He had a diabetic ulcer on the bottom of his foot.
Then broke a toe on the same foot.
The bone and everything decayed so bad the toe just came off after they cut it.

They say it looks way better and should heal properly now.


I will, when I get a chance to talk to him one on one with no one around.
I'll also keep him updated after we do move.

I was leaving the hospital and I got a call from an unknown number, said "Hold on Gomez would like to speak to you" then it hung up. I'm afraid something happened to my husband, but I don't know if it would be a good idea to call his work? He's a correctional officer....

I'm kind of afraid to... They would only call if he was being hospitalized or dead....

Hey now. There's no reason to sit around and worry when you can call them and find out what's going on. The not knowing is probably worse.

I told my mom about it (my dad was a CO at one time) and said they probably got a wrong number, that if it was important they would call back.

Turns out that someone was looking for him to see if he would split a shift Thursday.
He was on break so they thought I would no where he was, then he walked in.
