Adella - Wow, that really sucks. That's what my bills were up to over my last infection, as well, but I did have insurance, so only 1500 of it had to come out of my pocket. Lost my job because of the infection, though, so wasn't all that great still. *sigh* Gotta love doctors...they look at you, tell you a few things, give you meds and get a zillion dollars for it.

Lone - Aw, cute. ^_^ I understand what you mean about school. I'd love to take time away, but I'm not sure I would want to go back....school's keeping me from having my own child just yet. I don't think I'd want to be doing homework while I'm doing the whole morning sickness thing and the like...

Yeah, Yume. I so want to live in the UK though. Their medical care is virtually free. If you need help you get it.
In Americal you gotta pay for every thing but this country is so damn poor that nobody can afford to pay attention.

Lone - Oh wow.... So I've heard mixed things about birth...I've heard both that it's the worst pain ever and that it's not all that bad... I've also heard that even if it doesn't hurt, the pain goes away once you see the child. What would you say? Just curious since I've heard so many mixed stories.


Adella - I just had a thought....You're a student, right? Maybe there's some kind of program either through whatever health provider you're going to or in your area that can help you out with the cost of the bills. I know we have some around here that help out.

Yumeko I had an epidural cuzz I was haveing back labor...which hurts horribly but with that epidural all i really felt was the pressure of him coming, and all that jazz..not saying it didn't hurt but it wasn't that bad, and when I saw him it was love at first sight, and you've never know love like it, until you have a kid. i nearly cried lol...majorly once I saw my husband hold him for the first time ^^

Lone: I am good, just a little tired is all. How are you doing?

Adella - I'm not 100% on this one, but I've always been told that medical bills don't count against your credit if you can't pay them and you can actually make payments of a couple pennies at a time if you have to in order to pay it. My fiancee has been paying $5 a month on one of his medical bills for over half a year now. Since they're usually a non profit organization, they can't refuse payment, even if it's one penny. If they do, then they forfeit the whole amount and you owe nothing. You can always check with your area to see if it's the same there, but it should be if you're in America.

Lone - That's what I've heard from some, but then some say it still hurts even with the epidural. I've heard that shot alone can really hurt...how was that? Sorry if I seem nosey or anything. I just like to know all about things like this before I have to go through them myself. I decided that I wanted to pierce my bellybutton and watched a half hour of videos of it being done just so I'd know what all to expect from it. Helps me stay calmer if I know what's going on.

Yumeko god it sucked it didn't hurt it pinched, and if you get one if you have a kid....don't move at all while they are doing it, it could mess up your back lol, and you don't seem nosy at all, its givingme something to talk about lol

Adella - Yeps. ^_^ I don't know if it's all that helpful, but I thought it was at least worth sharing. I'd keep bugging all the places you've been calling, too. Call them once an hour on the hour every day if you have to. ^_^ It's worth it if they can help you. I really hope you at least are able to get rid of the infection. They're such a pain...

Lone - I hate needles so much. I'm not sure that I could handle it... I also have a messed up back, so I'm not sure that I could get one. I'd have to talk to a doctor about it, I guess. The last vertibre above my pelvis is extended out too far or something like that. I guess it showed up on my CT scan a couple months ago and no one at the ER told me about it. When I went back into another doctor for something different, they told me about it and I was like "oh joy!" *sigh* My neck is S shaped and my lower back is out of place. I'm a wreck. xD

Yue - It's a lazy day for me. Finacee's in class for the next few hours, so I'm just playing Snake and chatting here while I do laundry and watch Law and Order:SVU. How are you doing?
