And opening the .rar file you got off RS.
Drag and drop the ENTIRE contents of the zipped folder into a new one on your hardrive.
Then SAI will work.

@Ole - I don't know what the dragging and dropping is. Wouldn't she just install Winrar and then use it to unzip Sai? Once Winrar is installed, a simple right click on the Sai .Rar should bring up an option mention where she can click to unpack it.
