The Gypsies Team has selected a lake for their stage. Several factors go into in this location choice pertaining the safety and ability to work with a larger area. Since the Gypsies are staging very flammable acts,the decision has been made to center these acts as they are the most eye catching and awe inspiring onto a floating stage in the middle of the lake. This also enables further usage of the fire theme to incorporate pyrotechnics without endangering the audience. The floating stage is marked by a purple dotted line on the map.

In addition to a large body of water for a floating stage, a lake has plenty of surrounding space for other members of the caravan to set up small shops and stands for things such as fortune telling or palm reading. This is a full traveling Gypsy Circus Caravan, after all! Potential tent spots are in red dotted lines.

A lake also allows for optimum viewing areas. This means that even as the audience wanders about, they can view the center stage and other acts. Wandering performers are marked by Red X’s and can roam the viewing areas with juggling, plate spinning, and dancing, while the camel can provide rides on the path marked in tan.

That's awesome Starr... I'm on my lunch break so I'll try picking two that are going to be somewhat harder for today. I get out at 4ish and should have plenty of time in the 3 hours to come up with something constructive. Seeing how I'll have my digital camera AND my laptop that'll give me a bit of an advantage. *nods*

I'm pretty sure I'm getting #1 of the backstage assignments, but I don't know what else I should do. Haven't really looked at the promotional ones... Anyone have a suggestion for what out of the backstage ones they think is the hardest?

My favorite hobby is…studying languages. I love how languages sound and how words in many tongues can all mean the same thing. Currently, I’m studying German, but I have a line up for other languages. All of them sound amazing, and I hope that I can better understand the world..
