Keep in mind, you were probably a little nervous. And your voice pitch will go up slightly with nerves. XD I am always weirded out by hearing my recorded voice as well. XD (Usually for the worst. But on one memorable occasion I gave an audio clip to a DJ friend and he mixed it into a dance mix and I was like, "What did you do to my voice? :o It's hot!" and he's like, "uh. nothing? ._.;" )

@Karla: You can enter each category as many times as you like. XD But you can only win once in each category. (Thusly... You can make 2 for cake, 3 for cookies and 230932 for confections. But only have the ability to win once in each category. XD)

@xuvrette: XD I was certainly entertained. XD I was thinking that Cami was doing an excellent job being a funny, engaging hostess. XD

XD A lot of it was that it was taking me much longer to do the steps than I thought it would and I didn't want people getting bored.

Icing is an easy decoration, like xuvrette suggested. XD Those little marzipan things you get in the grocery store could work, too. XD M&Ms or other candies... Different colors of pudding... So on. XD

Announcing that I am extending the due date because I want the Cookies and Other Confections participants to have a fair shot at getting enough entries to qualify for prizes!

The new due date is now the 22nd by the time the Event forum closes!

@xuvrette: Yeah. XD; Well, a lot of people are like that, unfortunately. Their first priority isn't meeting new people and having conversations with them. It's the gotta catch 'em all syndrome.

I'm a little OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder), so I take to collecting games/whatever very well. I can't help wanting to collect things. @[email protected] Even if they're entirely digital!

But I also enjoy having conversations with people. So I wouldn't be able to pass up an Event forum even if there was no free gift. ^^;
