Yeah, the hoodie lasts at the 375 gold price until Tuesday, when the event ends. Then it shoots up to a whopping 750 gold, and I'm not willing to pay that much for it. @[email protected]; I'm not so rich; I won the Queen's Crown in the Giving Back Auction, and whenever Aeris starts the trade with me, I'm gonna have to fork over 3,100 gold. That sets me back at 3,000 again. XD; Also, I'm no where NEAR being a contender for the Valentine's Hairpin; most everyone who's going for it now has at least 12,000 in their wallets and bid insane amounts like that in the auction. I'm gonna have to wait a bit if I even want to consider participating again. My gold needs to spike past 10,000 gold, and with this deficit from my Queen's Crown, Yumeh hoodie, and the Chocolate Cake, I have no idea where that will leave me. D: |

But a Queen's crown is really good too. I mean 3k for it really isn't that bad, and you probably still have a couple of weeks to get enough gold for that pin. Just keep trying. ^^ And the Chocolate cake can wait, I mean 400g in three or so weeks isn't too bad at all. |

Okay, that's absolutely absurd. I think you should boycott the school or something. It's a NATIONAL HOLIDAY, meaning courthouses are closed, law firms and post offices are therefore closed (I know this because my family is a brood of lawyers). That means that NATURALLY, schools should be out, regardless of exams or not. Oh, I feel so bad for you now, but so bitter towards your school. What a horrible educational system. D: |
Yep, it sucks like that. I think the only holiday my school gets off for is labor day, thanksgiving, Christmas, good Friday, and Easter.

Yeah, we get Good Friday off too because we're a private Christian school, so it's like -- celebrate the day Jesus died. . . or mourn, or. . . er, yeah, you catch my drift. @[email protected];
We don't get off Columbus Day and Veteran's Day like we're supposed to. But we get week off breaks every two months (one in September, November (for Thanksgiving), then two week Christmas break, February, April (Spring break), then we're out in mid-May, because I'm a senior. Actually, the break I have in February is TWO weeks because our senior trip falls after the week break we have off, and I'm not going on it, therefore not required to come to school. :3 |

My school didn't get off on Columbus Day either, not that I really I want to celebrate that day since Columbus was such a fake. But I live in a completely Italian town, and my school doesn't have the day off. Weird much? Yep, we've got February and April breaks too, but it's never enough, especially with homework and stuff to do. Ahh..lucky. I don't even think we have a senior trip actually. >.< |

Italian culture is pretty cool, but nothing's lively about this town. It's so suburban, there's nothing to do after school except drive to the nearest Barnes & Nobles.
And it's not that Italian except for the tons of pizzerias and gossiping old ladies, or the fact that everyone in the town is somehow related to each other. But most people don't even speak Italian, especially our generation, or even the generation before us. It's only the immigrant s that came over during the early 1900's that speak it. But, even in school, there's only one Italian teacher, and she's utterly insane. And I do mean that literally. And I'm Chinese...lol. xDD |
