We don't get paid by cheques it goes straight from her account into ours.
We've gone dead quiet since the school finished but there's still enough kids for her to not be losin money I mean she gets 147 per week per child. We only use 200 a week on food for them. Besides we need the extra staff to get things ready for new kids and kids that are leavin and general sortin out. But she's makin us be dead on ratios all the time. Which won't work out when we start needin people to go on courses cause they won't be able to because of ratios.
That sucks, seems everywhere is gettin a bit worse jobwise.
It probably is, a lot of the time people get paid late or not at all. The other month I didn't get paid till the 25th we're meant to get paid on the 20th..she just kept sayin it should be there it's gone out of her bank.
She did write it down but I don't know what she did with it after that. Apparently a few things have gone missing out of the office. Some peoples first aid certificates have gone walk about. It's all really messed up at the moment. Everyone is gettin interviews and looking for somewhere else. There won't be any staff left soon.
Yeah I'm on holiday this week. I'm updating my CV, I still have a list of nursery addresses from the last time I was lookin so I'll just send them the updated version.
When I started I agreed to at least 20 hours a week so if I don't get it I'm gonna kick off. I never agreed less than 20 hours.
Yeah just lots of things changing. The managers left so we have someone from the other nursery the owner has in and she's a bit of a bitch. They've took holidays away, shortened dinner from 40 minutes to 30 and got some other woman in lookin at all our plannin and shifts are shit. They've cut me and 4 other peoples hours. I've been full time for a year and now I'm lucky if I get 3 days a week. Some of them are gettin give one day a week and I got told someone has been given half a day for the whole week next week. I was talkin to the old manager on bookface though and she told me to start lookin for somewhere else and she'd give me a fab reference.

Not a lot really just got eaten by games again, then I had no computer for about 3 months. We lost one of our cats and one of the horses last month, like it was one week the horse then exactly a week later the cat. I lapsed a bit with my house savings but I've got £2,500 saved now. I'm still at the same job but don't know for how long there's loads of shit goin on there now.
