Yeah.. Eye contact has always been a bad part about me. It's because of my shyness however. A millisecond seems like a long time and I think I'm staring too long so I look away almost instantly. xD Trying to force myself.

Yeah, basically what I'm doing. Right now I'm trying to work on eyecontact.. and having a 'warm inviting' look by saying to myself 'I like you' when you do. It's also the same length you should look into someone's eyes without seeming creepy. xD
That and I'm trying not to slouch and such. 'Act Confident' otherwords to get myself to believe it. xD
