I know, it's like they didn't have a problem with me not having a boyfriend untill i hit 18, now it's "Oh any cute guys at college?" "Get a job, you'll meet boys" "go out and talk to boys" it's getting annoying >.<
Oh? What happened with your boyfriend?
you were excited about spending the day with him in your last post.
:?
Aww, I won't ask why, but I'm sorry to hear that :x
Yep, but what's even stranger is that my parents always said that I was in now rush to get a boyfriend, I'll get one when it's right. and now, suddenly, every other question from extended family and my parents is "Do you have a boyfriend?" "How's the boyfriend?" things like that and it's really embarrassing having to explain to those who assume that because I'm now 18 i automatically have a boyfriend, that i don't.
Yeah, thank you letters, Dad's always had a slight obsession with sending those out.
Ooh, that sounds like it's going to be eventful.
Good luck with that. Atleast you'll have your boyfriend there to keep you company =3
I'm not doing much really xD
College work and things mostly :P
Mmm, parents seem to forget that, don't they?
It's like Bang, I'm 18, I should be moving out, getting a boyfriend, getting a job, get out of the house more, make my own dinner, get my driver's licence...
And I have just received a stupid threat from my dad. If I don't write thank you letters for the people who gave me money for my birthday, I'll have to pay my art course fees myself (£62), My allowance for the next two months will be stopped (£25 a month) and All my Birthday money will be sent back (£175). Gah! THey're thank you letters! What age are we living in?!
Sorry about that >.<
That's good to hear =3
got any exciting plans for september? =3
I keep getting things like "You're 18! Act your age!" and "You're 18! You're not a child anymore! Stop being silly!"
My birthday itself was ok though. Mum embarrassed the heck out of me during dinner with the waiter...
Aww, sorry to hear that. Are things any better now?
