i'm not sure that everyone can use the DAC... but if you are eligible, then if you go to the forums (click the tab) then under the 'announcements' forum it will be there, labeled 'dream avatar beta'... that is the forum to post observations, glitches, etc because it is still in beta... but once in there, the first thing on the list is 'start the dream avatar creator'
