I don't quite understand the concept of knee-slappers. I've never slapped my knee or thigh at something funny.

No, no, I wasn't trying to insult your joke or anything. It's just, when ever someone says "It's a knee-slapper" I always slap my elbow, trying to make another joke. I was...conditioned...that way.
