Yep, or somewhere thereabouts. There were actually supposed to be 50 episodes, but Sunao Yoshida died of congenital heart falure or something before he could finish writing the story.

0,o no no no. 25 episodes in the anime. And the manga has about 3 or 4 episodes per volume. The manga has all sorts of extra side stories that they didn't air in the anime, so it will go longer.

Oh, yes it is, I'm not violently opposed to original japanese with subs, but I prefer dubbed.There are only 25 episodes spread out over 6 disks. Only one season sadly... And yes, the manga is still being translated, only 8 or 9 volumes are currently relesed in english.
