It is. :) Runaways is a Marvel comics series about a group of teens (and one pre-teen, to start out with) who discover that their parents all belong to an organization of supervillains. So they decide to, well, run away together, and basically fight their parents (and what their parents stand for.)

This is an attempt at cosplaying one of the characters, which is why I asked. (And yeah, I was right. The EGA Black Coat is in Blackjack!)
