The ones I'm wearing right now are called "Orange Gumball Bracelets," but they come in a bunch of other colors. They're either in Jewel's Dream or Accentuate (check Jewel's Dream first - it's smaller)
They came out in this past Halloween event. They're super fun. :D
I just wish they came in black and white... I have a black one and a white one IRL and I love wearing one on each arm.
