This is the same person as Belle (other OC character), except before she got in the accident.

She mostly wears pretty tight, navel-bearing shirts and really baggy pants, or long sleeved shirts, short skirts, patterned stockings, and really big boots.

[b]Background:[/b]When she was 15 years old, Belle was in a car her friend was driving on a snowy night. The road was slippery, and they got in a car accident. Her friend was fine after a couple days except for a few minor scratches and bruises, but Belle was hurt internally, and was thrown into a coma for two years. When she woke up, her body was that of a 17 year old, but her mind was almost completely gone. Something had happened to her brain cells that had erased every memory since she was four. She was able to re-learn most of her abilities quickly, like being able to read and walk and speak well and such, but her thought process is that of a child.
[b]Clothing Style:[/b]As she is a mental four-year-old, she likes little happy girly things, frilly dresses and the like. She also [i]loves[/i] to dress up, so princess dresses or southern belle outfits are normal for her.
She ALWAYS wears something in her hair, usually pretty clips in the shape of hearts or flowers, ribbons, or actual flowers.

If a girl refuses him point blank, he doesn't get mad. Rather, he finds the whole situation amusing, and continues to flirt with her.
One of his biggest flaws is his complete lack of ability to put up with pain. (in other words . . . he's a wuss. XD )

Took up photography as an excuse to take pictures of her.
