Yeah, thank goodness! He'll be spending more time with my friend - who's his godmother - and his daddy. Yay for getting him away from her. ;)

And he's soooo freaking smart. He's not yet 3 and he can say Photosynthesis and you can totally understand what he's saying! As well as Sea Anemone. :P

Oh, believe me, I totally agree with you 100%. She totally doesn't deserve him and doesn't deserve him in her life. He deserves a life without her! Basically she did something that ended up with my friend, who's family watches him often, going to the cops to report her. So... after that... looks like she's never getting custody of him again. Not sure about her rights, but she better get them taken away. She better!

See, everyone else seems to get that, except for her. It just pisses me off. Although I can say - without giving anything major away - that we are pretty sure that she's gotten her custody rights taken away from her once and for all. She gets it taken away, and she gets it back again, and then she gets it taken it away again.... and it's this endless cycle that that little boy doesn't need it! He's a total sweetie. He calls me Auntie. He loves everyone except for her. And I agree with you there. Do you want to see a picture of him? =] He's such a sweetie! I have a cute picture of him and I that I took the last time that I saw him. He basically told me he wanted me to take a picture of the two of us together.

I totally agree with you there! Yeah, I swear that woman who calls herself that kid's mom.. (she doesn't deserve that title) only wants him because he makes her look better. When that kid wants nothing to do with her, and will scream and cry whenever he has to spend time with her. It breaks my heart. And then when he sees daddy he's happy and willing for dad to hold him, and spend time with him. What does that tell you? He hates mommy (which is sad because the kid isn't even 3 yet), and he loves dad. Poor baby! It really is terrible.

That is great and I am happy for you! That is great that you both want what's best for your kids.
Just makes me sad when a parent only sees a kid as a pawn in their life instead of someone who should be treasured and loved.

Yeah, it seems to happen with most people. One of my friend's has a friend who is going through a very nasty divorce and custody battle in which I feel HORRIBLE for the kid, because he's the sweetest boy, and his mom is totally not worthy of having that boy. *grumbles and bangs her head into a wall* They'll young parents, but his dad is so much more willing to be a decent parent for his son than the kid's mother. >.<

Oh, yeah - especially since in HS you have your little bubble and real life isn't like HS at all , and it's rare that you end up with your HS sweetie anyways.

I can understand that. I do believe that marrying young usually does end in divorce, so I do agree with you there.

I can understand that - but at the same time. I have a few friends who are super mature, and been married since they were 19 or 20 and they're still together and making it work. If both parties are willing to work through issues and whatnot, it can be done. For me, it just depends on the couple.

Well how young is too young to get married in your opinion?
