I have the Crystal cartridge for my Gameboy, but for the other Pokemon games I tend to download them off the Internet and play them in my PC :3

Hmm...you'd need lots of pink and a pair of fierce eyes (or cute ones, depending on which one you're cosplaying xD), and a pink tail...and maybe something blue for the belly if I remember their appearances correctly...
