Decent writers don't always make decent roleplayers. It's a roleplaying group, not a writing group. =S
No one gets invited unless there's ample proof in the way of roleplays that they're a good roleplayer. And only on-site roleplays are used, as I've seen people claim that they were roleplayers on other sites, but how they roleplay contradicts that.
If you get into a roleplay or two, and keep them going for a bit, go ahead and link them to me.

People don't get in based upon their story writing, as most people don't roleplay the same way that they write.
