Today I scanned my folks wedding album. I'll give it to bro next time I see him. It's this huge, heavy thing. They had a traditional wedding. Many tiered cake, 200 guests. I wonder what flavor the cake was.

We had a great 70 min scoot. Temp was great. I avoided the millions of cracks and bumps in the sidewalk. I think I'm going to put some first aid kit together. One never knows. But that's why I go pretty slow. Plus the sun on certain streets is right in my eyes and there's no visor on a helmet.

No workout tomorrow cause Mr x gets crown replaced plus a filling. I'll have to get ready for my eye appt the next day. Pick my outfit, do my nails.

I get tired having to charge my phones up all the time. I have 3 main phones. With different features. When you use one as a hotspot, power drains quickly.

For lunch today I decided to try no carb, practically. I had 3 slices cheese and kippers. Also a decafe with chocolate almond milk and creamer. Lil carb there. And ch was reg low. So basically I don't need carbs!

I noticed they were separating the cheese slices with half a square of paper. Basically, a tab. And on the almond milk the twist top is half the size. And with my ensure cases they've cut down on box strength. When you pull it open, the side opens up. Cheapness abounds. Fruitcake prices have risen. Mr x is going to want it.

I slogged today and did the reg route. It was very pleasant temp. I saw a gal go by in a crop top even. I was wearing a long crop. Oh, we actually saw a guy on a scooter walking his dog.

I'm reading a book by Henry Winkler. Kid book about 5th grade and playing ping pong. It's good. Right off, it's readable.

Today I used up the last of my teeth whitening strips. I'm trying to use stuff down. And I have 3 nail polishes left. I was putting some stuff away that is in the DR. I don't get much done on an exercise day.

Soon to hit it. Today a big truck came to remove the staging furniture from the house of ill repute. Next will be moving vans I suppose. Other side nabe put up his customary pale blue house lights.

Had another pleasant walk. It fooled me again and was quite warm. I wore sleeveless lime top and lime shorts. Popped in green earrings. Hit three book bins. Brought back a kids book.

Today for lunch had only an ensure. No chips. Worked well. Then I had din and some chips. If my Ch is high tom, I'll give up the chips. I don't want to ban too much stuff. Mr x should be able to eat his snacks. But ice cream and cookies were banned. I can't be around ice cream. I can down the pint, Pint, of ice cream before you can say Winchester cathedral. I think I even had a qt once.

There's this gal on Twitter that posts doughnuts. Really fancy ones. I like to look at them. I can remember how they taste. They don't make me want to get one either.

Oh! Mr x finished the ramp. He hasn't assembled it yet but the artwork is done. It's very attractive. Pastel colours. He drew some pics of a bear, sun, and tree. He made stencils of them. Offhand I can't picture it completely since I just saw it once. I want to take a pic so I can study it. Then I'll have to use it!

Had a good scoot. Wore sleeveless and shorts. Mr x is building me this ramp to slog on. He's painting it. It's white and he decorated the border. He's doing the inside soon. I'm expecting something spectacular as he is very creative. He's using bright pastel colours.

So got another msg from sue girl. We're writing every day. She said she really enjoys our chats. Here's a wild one. She can trace her history back to the 17th century. Her relative pronounced sentence on Charles I. Wow. Makes history come alive. She also mentioned this restaurant I'd heard about. She confirms it has this fabulous asparagus soup.

Oh! I renewed Mr X's Tracfone for another year. Had prob inputting my credit card. What should've taken 5 min took much longer. I found two coupons. 800 min or $15 off. I went with the discount. Mr x has min up the yin Yang. Plus the renewal added 20 more hrs.

It's early but I'm beat. I tested a meal of only pbj compared to yesterday's pbj plus chips. It's the chips. They are evil. I also read that it is good to experience some hunger before meals. It said bad cells are thus consumed. Bad disease cells. There is that whole fasting scene. I can't do that anymore tho. I wouldn't be able to exercise.

Tomorrow sup to be warm again. I'm planning a long walk. Oh, I finished one of my mildewed books and dumped it. Onward!

Had a pleasant slog. I wasn't feeling the love but I needed to go. Plus it was really warm. Up to 65• I was able to wear shorts. And I was able to do my reg route, the one I had started to bonk on in the summer.

Sue girl sent me a link to the junior college I went to. She had gotten some college themed Sox for free. I didn't see any offer of sox. And really, Sox are the last thing I need. I am drowning in Sox.

I have so many Sox they need to go in different bags. I have running, peds, winter fuzzys, thin colorful ones, thicker colorful ones.

She sent me a pic of her cat. She sent me personal info about herself n husband related to the alumni site. But she hasn't shown me a pic of herself. Of course I'm not going to ask, but I do wonder. Last time I talked to her was 4th grade. She was at my HS but we didn't connect any longer. She wasn't in my classes. I saw a pic of her in HS. She resembled her 4th grade pic. But what does she look like now. I do wonder.

Think I'll pop an ensure then toddle off. It's sup to be even warmer tom and I have a scoot day planned.

I had a pleasant Inn day. Mr x made his Fri omelet. Later I had some of the chips I was craving last night. I did desky. Really clearing things up. I had a statement that had some questions on it. I had forgotten to post the bill to my checkbook. There are so many steps. Anyway, it's nice when it works out. Now I have just one more set of statements.

I didn't get to renewing Mr xs TracFone tho. Or pulling out the rewards rebate from his credit card. Next time. Read a mag. Those are piling up. And if gf comes next mo she may bring more. She said she's working on her cards. Bit of an early bird!

It was black Friday but I was busy doing desky. Later checked some stuff out. I saw a beautiful pink suede motorcycle jacket with a huge fur collar. I would look good in that but where would I wear it? And I really don't want more clothes.

Maybe I'll read some now.

Happy Thanksgiving, lady Diana! And you, too, Izzy! I see cap on Twitter. It's 9 p.m. And I'm all tucked in. But 9 is really 10, I explain to bro.

I took Mr x on an 80 min tramp thru the hood. My goal was to seek out the delicious holiday cooking smells. Strangely, I only smelled twice. One was a nearby KFC, the other I smelled some sage turkey spice. I actually backpedaled for a second whiff.

I really wanted some chips tonight but I'm testing diet n exercise. So just had my customary ensure nightcap.

Suddenly tonight my ankle is pinging. But we only walked! And I had it wrapped. Maybe I better hold off on the slog. It's lucky I can switch to different exercises. Depending on weather, sore ankles, knees etc. Hardly saw any cars while walking.

Well I'm beat. GF wrote back again. I did em my cuz. And two other pals. Still owe two more ems.

Time for some radio shows now.

And today I got off track. Mr x went out and didn't get me up on time. I didn't feel like rushing to get ready so skipped the scoot. It's ok. I had an Inn day. Pretty productive, too. Opened the mail, did a few bills. Still have to do the statements.

I fooled around trying to learn how to input appts on the Google calendar. I was looking for phones. It's terrible nowadays. Before, Amazon had a separate phone section. You could get a good phone for $100 or less. Now I see $300+ phones. I am not getting a $300 phone. Just one more thing to worry about.

Mr xs political nabe pal came over and they chatted in backyard for a spell.

Saw lots of yummy pies on Twitter today. That's what I'd be most interested in. Before, when I'd hit a restaurant, I'd always have dessert first. On Twitter I follow a gal who posts doughnuts! They look bakery made. That's my kind of corn porn.

Well I better hit the hay. I'm already in bed on the heating pad. Time for some radio shows.

Got back on track today with the slogging. I felt so good I added an extra block. Then regretted it. I ran my usual route backwards. The last part just went on and on. I wasn't enjoying it as much cause it was longer. But I feel better being back on track. My ch numbers were back to normal. How outrageous being forced to exercise to keep ch in check. How long can I expect to do this? I'll have this wonky ch system forever.

I follow this fashionable woman on Twitter. She's maybe late 30s and quite overweight. She's militant about her weight being no problem. But today on her birthday her back is out so she can't get into her normal cute outfits. I think her health will be worse, earlier, being so overweight.

Another woman on Twitter was flat out obese. Near 400# and even now she's only about 24. She had emotional eating but embraced diet and exercise to combat it. She is very smart. She's studying to be a lawyer. And she is extraordinarily beautiful. Now that her features are visible again. She'll be getting skin removal surgery soon. She just ran a race. I think 3 miles. She's turned into an athlete. It's really amazing. She lost a phenomenal amount of wt. She's under 200# now.

School is out around here this week. But they aren't out playing. Really ever. It's very weird. My bro and I were always in the st playing ball. There was not one kid out today. It's not really good for their health not to exercise.

Today I re-sent Sue girl a better copy of our 4th grade class. Tomorrow I'll send the 3rd grade. She said hers were thrown out.

I find in our back and forth posts I write a lot more. I think she's losing steam. It's a welcome distraction cause gf only writes me once a week. If that. She does have a lot on her plate.

Today I was messing with Bluetooth testing my phones. I can easily send pics between them. I've been looking for promo codes for Mr xs TracFone. It expires soon. So far there are two offers. One is $15 off or 800 free min. His phone already has like 8k min. It just compounds like interest. Got to write his crown appt and my eye appt down.
