No walk today. I get up and Mr x has decided to get car towed.

He just called AAA. He's pushing car into driveway now. He can drive with the guy down to shop. May or may not be able to get ride back. Oh, God. Just pushing out car the horn is going off. He's got it out to curb. It's hour wait. He's putting his scooter and helmet in alley.

I can feel my ch going up. It was unusually high this morn from the stress yest. I feel a bit shaky. I'm going to slog in back, I think. Mr x will get his exercise scooting back from Honda place. It's 1.6 mile. It seems much further than we normally go, but it's one way.

I'm fried. I don't do well with domestic emergencies before my cup o mud. And it keeps growing. Still haven't found if they offer courtesy shuttle. Then Mr x said he hopes car will start. If not, he'll have to get car towed. I had been googling a stuck horn. It said something might've shorted.

In the interim his phone rang. It's political nabe. The one that came here for hours in the back and they had a beer. So Mr x went there.

I'm left here fried. I can't do my desky now. Maybe I'll just go back to bed.

Finally I was able to hack around and print out a copy of the coupon. He has an appt early Monday. Now I have to find out if they offer courtesy shuttle. Otherwise he can take his scooter. He's making the omelet now.

When I was trying to print the coupon, I tried to keep calm. I pretended I was one of the characters in my books. The adventurous brainiac teens. I was the computer girl racing vs time:)

Some relaxing day. It was sup to be a leisurely Inn day with an omelet. Instead, Mr x informs me something is wrong with fitty. Panel light started flashing, horn went off and wouldn't turn off. I actually heard it. I thought bangers were starting early and backing a vehicle up.

Anyway the prob was with a coupon. They send us them regularly but I didn't have it. I must've tossed it. Mr x was going on his bike to make appt. I caught him and said I found a coupon but I have to print it. There's the prob. Our old grumpy friend, printer Pete. I couldn't do it. I tried my different phones.

Wait he's home. Back later.

I went in my closet to corral all the orange tops. Amazingly, I have a lot. And orange is not my fav color. Fuchsia is. But orange is bright.

I'm wearing a jeans jac. Looked at my collection. I have eight. No more. I had 25 spaghetti tops that I couldn't wear for some years because I had gotten zaftig. Then I slimmed down and suddenly I had 25 tops back in rotation. Now it's 24. I dumped one. It's too small. I think it shrunk. And it irritated me wearing a too small top. I bought a bunch of this brand so I think more will be dumped.

My wet hair is cold. I'm going to need to dig up my caps. I think my DVD player is charged. Mr x doing his baseball commentary again. Can I pull myself off this couch to look at the pics?

I was looking up my medical centers info. I haven't been there for two years. In the interim they moved some offices around. Great.

Other day I went thru a bin pulling tees. Some I can wear on workout days. Some I can't. They're too long and shapeless. I'll wear them for bed. I have a lot of t shirts but I think I'm not buying them anymore. I mean, some are cute with designs. But the actual fit doesn't flatter me.

We did another walk. Mr x was feeling under the weather but he said the walk yest helped. Today was sup to be omelet Fri but I said let's have it sat. If a walk helps, let's go.

We went back to the hilly Shangra-Li lil library walk. I returned a book and got another. Mr x got three. They're kid animal books, no doubt. He doesn't like to read.

I wore an orange tee. My first sleeve top. And my Halloween necklace. We found another cool house. It had pirates! Skeletons! A huge treasure chest! And a frickin pirate ship in the driveway! We got pics of that. Mr x also said it's spectacular at night, all lit up. I want to see that. But how? There are lots of dog poop on the sidewalks around here. I can skirt them during the day. But walking at night? We could take bikes but it's only one block. My bikes hard to maneuver out the garage.

My appetites been waning recently with change of weather. Not so hungry at night. Tho I just had some potato chips. Hope I can eat Mr X's din. Sometimes it's a chore to have to eat. Sometimes I'd like to eat later etc. But we're on this 6 p.m. schedule.

Been reading about this cataract drops that proposes to help. Maybe that's why my vision is double? It's a lot better cause I do eye therapy. Member before I could barely cross the st or see straight on the sidewalk? It really hampered my movements. Now I am free to go down or across any st. I have to keep ch in good control cause that also can cause cataracts. And doc said I had beginning of one. I am interested in those drops. They also help dogs.

Bro gave me a disc with 1600 home pics on it. That is unbelievable. I have to charge my DVD player. See if they show.

And guess what? Bro asked me if I could hem three more grey pants! I knew it! This will never end. I will be plagued by these pants till the end of time.

Trying to get back on track. We did a different walk route. I wanted to see more cool Halloween deco. Unfortunately, it was a bust. We did see the funny one bro and I saw. It was this tall hedge. They put Google eyes on it. Big pink inflatable open lips. Then a man's legs dangling out. It was great!

A lot cooler today. Mr x dressed in sweats. I had green shorts and fuchsia sleeveless. Was chilly at first but I am notorious for being hot.

I think I'm going to get my lab tests. Now that I have workable mask setup. Maybe doc will reinstate my strips. I'm also ready to make reg office visit as she insists.

Today I'm going to remove the ironing board cover and wash it. Then I'll iron it. Then I can iron my flower patch on my vest that's been sitting there for years. I also have other cool patches for my jeans jac, but one at a time.

Finished a kids book. I had picked up a replacement so dumped my mildewed copy. Onward to reading more books!

I did practically nothing today. Tho I did bleach clean some tub plugs. That's a lil something. Mr x has been running his mouth all day. Right now it's baseball talk. I'm about ready to hit hay just to escape. I was browsing movies to watch. But I'm too tired to really enjoy it. Then he says he might have head cold. Now he says it's better. He slept wrong.

So, bro brings me back. We unload the stuff he brought me. He found me a cassette recorder. I have some tapes. He brought me some strips. He brought this beneficiary form for me to sign. He said I could mail it back. The env was enclosed. He wrote his address. But did not put a stamp on it. Like, I'm putting you as beneficiary. So you can stick a stamp on it. It's his innate cheapness. What's funny is the last time I ordered stamps I got him a sheet of hot wheels and Scooby Doo ones. A sheet! That's a bunch of stamps. For free! I gave it to him yesterday. He liked it. You wonder if he felt a twinge of shame.

I had put hair up for the bank. Now I had to pull out the pins so I could put on helmet. Had to put on shoes, fix ice water bottle, take scooter out. Then we scoot. Oh, I forgot. Before that, I tried the used hand brake scooter he had brought me. It didn't work out. Was draggy. Didn't roll well. But was able to try the hand brakes. Very nice. Like hand brakes on a bike. But I said you might as well take it back. He'll try to fix it.

We had a good scoot. Saw a lot of Halloween dec and took pics. School must've been out and we ran into bunches of kids on scooters. We were on the last part of route. Suddenly I felt it. The slight nausea. Rats. I had to sit on the curb again. Asked bro if he had any candy. He didn't. About 10 min later I could go on. When I returned, I tested ch. I figured I was low. I wasn't! So annoying this ch. So I made him an icy ensure, Joe, and granola bar. We chatted on patio in open air. I had a head ache by then and my neck was out. We had a long chat. Oh, I forgot. After we got back he wanted to test our bikes for size. He tried my 20" tire bmx bike. Then I had to drag Mr xs 26" tire bike thru the skinny alley. He rode them up the block.

He left around 5 p.m. then we had to put my stuff in his car. His pants bag, skateboard etc. it was an exhausting day. (Bank Day post 2)

It was an exhausting day yesterday as I knew it would be. But I persevered. So I told bro to call me when he gets to the bank. He is notorious for being late. As expected it's 15 min past our appt. We jump in car. Now where is bro? I don't see him. Is he in the bank? Is he at a different branch? I start to call him. Then i see Mr x talking to someone. Bro was in parking lot. I didn't envision we'd have a prob just meeting up.

So onward. Mr x goes home. I'm to call him for ride. We're avoiding me being in bros car. Virus and all. I'm masked up with my damp mask cloth, the insert frame beneath. Got the neck fan on. It was quite passable. The fan noise did obscure my hearing a bit. But I wasn't self conscious about the fan noise in the bank. Don't know how it would've worked in a jury room.

Bro was uncomfy with his mask. It was pulling behind his ears. I had him try the fan. He liked it. Mickey likes it!

Transaction went ok. They asked for drivers license and credit card. I thought they said debit card. Luckily I had brought one credit card as I thought they might ask. I hope they didn't write down my cc number. A debit card is more unsafe to use.

I saw bro remove a pen from a large jar of pens. I thought he did it cause he wanted it. After we signed I took my pen plus the one he took out and stuck it back in jar.

Then we had to go to safe deposit room to inspect the two boxes we never used. I noticed the woman helping us was dressed mostly in black. Black nylons, black heels. I thought, I used to dress like that. Not all in black, but with the heels etc. I thought how uncomfy she must be wearing those all day. I was happy to be barefoot in my flat sandals. I wore a yellow and purple sleeveless striped flowy tunic over taupe capris. I dressed up a bit cause it was a bank. Bro wore cargo shorts, big overshirt, and a safari sun hat. He looked like a big game hunter. He asked her, are we done while we're in that deposit room. I thought that a bit rude. He also asked her, can I have one of your pens! I knew it! The wretched hoarder. Anyway, as soon as we exit he rips his mask off. He has been vac because it's required for his music groups. He thinks his immunity has been affected.

So since I'm all masked up I say why don't you drive me back? Save having to call Mr x. I said, you'll have to put mask on again. So he did and drove me back. (Bank Day post 1)

Today's bank day. And I get a used hand brake scooter. Been awake since 5 a.m. having Joe. I don't have my bank stuff ready. There's so many parts to this day. The bank, scoot ride, exchange of goods, giving him a snack, worry over the loo.

Mr x doesn't like bro and vice versa. They're now attempting to be civil. But yest Mr x really went off. It started over figuring how we'll deal with him using loo. The last two times he was here I had to call the plumber. Mr x said that was $500 total. I looked it up. I found one invoice and it was indeed $250 don't know if I was charged the 2nd time. Anyway it is a worrisome, unnecessary charge. Mr x says bro has some ocd prob and just spins the tp out. He said bro is odd.Then he turns to me and tells me I'm extremely odd. How so, I query? He said I have to put makeup on to pull in trash. Well he does that task now. But I did spruce up slightly. I always found when I'm most unkempt someone appears I have to talk to. He said my bro is never unshaven. That's true. Mr x says he'll go 3 days before shaving and it's this manly thing. Well, he worked in a warehouse. They didn't care.

Well, it was a very offensive day. Mr X's stock fell many points with that outburst. Once, when my mom was sick, he called her a fat cow. I immediately told bro and mom's will was changed. We were going to let him live rent free in this house if he outlived me. Now it goes to bro. Bhahaha. Mr x reaps what he sows. I've attempted to tell bro to let him stay here rent free as he's helped me, but nasty outbursts like yest don't help his cause.

You can't say certain things. Once they're out, they're out. And Mr x has a big, stupid mouth. I've never told him the fat cow fallout. Last night he was lamenting how he's estranged from his whole family. His older brother cut him from his folks will cause he refused to help his folks. He still has two sibs left.

Well I better get going.
