I had a surprisingly productive day. We got back on track with the walk. Mr x wanted to see the creek so it was a longer route. I cut it shorter, tho. We'd been off 3 days. I wore the thin leggings under my jeans leggings. Worked well. The creek was full and flowing. Quite exciting. We're seeing less folks out.

So afterwards I froze my creamer. It was a huge size. I put excess in 3 small containers. Then I portioned brown rice in containers. And made up a pot.

Then I cleaned out two kitchen drawers. Dumped a lot of junk.

No, I haven't gotten to gfs card yet. So many things to do. So little time.

I was looking up ear muffs again. Then I went to ear warmers, like a headband. Then looked at hats with ear flaps.i need to go in closet and pull more hats. Today I wore this thin black gauzy scarf over my head and around neck. I looked like a bee keeper. And if it was frosty I would've been really cold. Mr x has this Elmer fudd cap with ear flaps. He looks ridiculous. I always call out, Mr fudd! Mr fudd! But he's getting last laugh. He's warm!

I just had a nibble of my new candy. The neopolitan candy. Pure sugar. It was dusted in it. There are 8 pieces. For $16 So each piece is $2 And 33 carbs. I only had a nibble. I swear, guv'nor! I put it in container and hid it. Mr x doesn't need to know. He gets to eat all the other candy. And I'm fine with a nibble.

I'm blowing the furnace again, with a fan going, but alarm hasn't gone off. I'll put the fan away till summer.

It's a rainy windy day. I noticed the patio table under the covering is wet. Mr x said it leaks. The power went off twice. Let me turn off the furnace. Ok, we're set for the winter.

Today I ended up messing with my clothes again. Everything's sorted! I put away the shorts. I've got a bin for winter walk clothes. I know where all my accessory bags are with caps, gloves etc. I sorted the mess that was clothes shelves. All capris sorted by brand, color. I have different Sox bags. Sorted. Looking in the closet now it's a thing of beauty. Before it was chaos. Me pawing thru the stacks cause I didn't know where stuff was.

It was done in dim light too. The lights were out. There was daylight tho plus I used a lipstick flashlight for the closet.

Heard from Sue girl. She won't be renewing her HS reunion site so we'll have to move to em. She gave me all her contact info. I've been em her daily. I can do it until she can't. I've always outlasted my penpals. And that was regular letters. I'm much faster with em. Anyway today she said I would make a good author. I should write a book. It'd be a ny best seller. Well that was very sweet tho shortsighted. I don't write stories. I'm just a blogger. But she does seem to enjoy my ems so that's fine. And I do find casual writing very easy to do. Plus with all my own quirks and ocd. I can really ramble on.

Mr x wants to really see the creek to see if it's full. It's usually bone dry. But Marin, across golden gate bridge, received 9" and we need every inch. At least low fire danger.

I haven't gotten to gfs card, dagnabbit. Maybe tonight. Right now I think I'll take a break and lie down. Listen to mystery show.

It was an inn day. I did pretty well. I vac a fan. I took it apart to vac. Used it when blowing out the furnace. I'll do it once more tom. Then I'll bag up the fan. I was also detail vac in the LR.

Then I brought my tray of desky stuff out. Opened weeks mail. Did the few bills. Still have lil more to do.

I've held off on washer/dryer. Mainly cause I don't want to deal with it. Mr x thinks it's the drain pipe. Should I call a guy in for that? I do need new appliances tho. Doing wash now is most tiresome. Mr x sits on the steps for the 5+ hrs it takes for me to do it. He runs loads back to room to dump on bed since he's sitting there and in my way. This is not how one should feed a Wally.

I haven't heard back from the eye test. I guess that means it's coming by mail. Offhand sounds like good news. If there was a prob, they would've em me.

Mr xs fruitcake came today. He brought it in. He guessed fruitcake cause it said perishable. I told him it was dried eggs. I've got it in fridge. I guess his gift will be opened before Xmas.

He ate up the candy I had in fridge. Some sees butter brickle and Andes mints. Gf gifts I had frozen.

I have to count Mr xs snack box. See if all 40 are there. And how's the condition. Today I counted my Bradford Joe pods. All 100 were there.

I didn't get to gfs card. Tomorrow! That'll take all day.

I was looking up portable phone chargers. Just to see if they had new colors. They had even less. I would consider a pretty color.

Time for my ensure. I need to em gf. She has this bunk em service that sorely tries my patience. It's incredibly difficult to hack around. No one else would put up with this. I had a beautiful pink and white phone that had an annoying quirk. One of my pals straight out told me, I hate your phone. Does get the message across. GF, I hate your em server. No one should have to do what I do to stay in contact with you. I had to take screenshots of my em and resend. And make it as short as possible cause she has this bizarre em that has a quota. And her inbox is always full and I get my em bounced back. It's hap hundreds of times and she knows it. But I must flex. I think I'm in a cranky mood. I'm under pressure with everything. I don't like holidays.

I'm having trouble remembering what day it is. I'm all off track. Fri is usually omelet day so we stay in. But we walked instead. I took Mr x on a different 70 min march. I was really bopping along. It's my shoes. They have a round heel. It rolls. Walking is very easy.

The package delivery continues to be messed up. I'm getting packages when I shouldn't. It's messing with our walks. I stayed home today so Mr x could make his omelet a day late. Some packages were due in also. Surprise, surprise. They're coming tomorrow. So we have to stay inn again. But it's also sup to rain.

I have all of Mr X's gifts. He's getting a triple liquor fruitcake, 2# of fruit slices candy, snack box of 40 treats of chips/cookies/candy, japanese hot springs bath powder. And today I ordered him bath bombs. Fizzy things that color the bath water. It's a nice presentation. 4 colorful boxes in a box.

Oh, I vac the heater today. It was frightfully cold this morn. Still need to blow it out. Then I flow beed Mr X's hair. It was getting too long in back. I cut off 4" Before I did I made two pigtails and took a pic.

My Amazon packages are coming in crazy. They have a new feature. Pick a day and that will be your delivery day. Less boxes, less deliveries. So I picked Friday since that's Mr X's omelet day and we stay in. Well one package delivered today, Thur. And others due in sat. What happened to Friday?!

I just looked up next door house of ill repute. It was pending for the longest time. And random carpenters etc coming by. Yet Mr x was sure he'd spotted the owners. Right now it's a couple. But what was it, 9 sinks or something? Will there be more folks coming? Dogs?

Well house reads sold. Next was what was the selling price? It was a over triple mil house. Would they underbid? Overbid? They overbid by $200k. Wow, these folks really really wanted this house. They must have serious money. I wonder what they do? I hope they're decent. If they aren't, we'll be moving sooner rather than later. And they can have the consummate joy of a 9 mo construction like we were subjected to. If they're super cool, even friends, we would stay longer. Tho I feel the pull to move closer to bro.

I found the L leggings. They still fit fine. Not clown pants yet.

I'm starting to lose it here. Things are getting out of control. If I don't force myself to write here, another day will go by. Thus goeth the year.

So, yest was indeed an Inn day. Mr x got the avocados at Costco and later fetched a bucket of kfc. I went thru two boxes of devices. Chargers, phones, manuals. Was looking for a charger. I pulled some phones to check. When that fire scare started, I began to corral my stuff. But some may be obsolete. But I shouldn't get all OCD on obsolete phones when other stuff beckons.

Like this upcoming holiday. Luckily Mr x hasn't mentioned a tree. Ours had been discarded a couple years ago. That was a whole project for me to decorate it. I don't miss it. He also hadn't mentioned the fruitcake, but that will be coming.

I need to see if I have a card here for gf. She's the only one I send a card to. And I don't have to buy her gifts anymore. I just write a check. It's the hoarding/moving thing. She'll be moving and does not need one iota of anything new. I don't know how she'll do it. I can't help her cause she's far away.

Yest I also ordered a case of soup. Golden mushroom. I'm trying to take advantage of sales at Amazon but I'm not seeing much.

I'm wearing one of my new medium jeans leggings. And it fits. I think I've lost some wt. I'll have to dig out my large ones. They may fit like PJs now. Also yest I sorted a mess of clothes bins. Yet there's still more. It's a constant process of moving clothes around. I need my jeans and fleece leggings next. We're bringing out the big guns.

Time for ensure then bed.

Today I wore purple gloves. Plus hand warmer. I wore a jeans jac and a fuchsia scarf. It's frosty out there. It was also foggy, but high up. Made sky dark. Car headlights were on. It was weird at 11 a.m. also Street lamps on.

I tried a new route. 70 min. Going further afield. Like an onion ring. But we've hit the furthest. It's a main st. Too noisy unless we cross and continue. That might be too much.

Today put in another Amazon order. A bath salts package for Mr x. Sup to represent the Japanese hot springs. I was at a hot springs in Japan. It stinks. Like rotten eggs. I didn't go in. I went to Japan for 3 weeks. From the top to the bottom. I met my cousin. She came to my hotel. The tour leader had to translate. It was a great trip, in retrospect. And I actually flew on a plane. And liked it. Till it dropped 500' and scared me straight. I continue to have dreams, nightmares, I'm on a plane.

Someone on next door posted a video. Monsieur ugly got himself a buck in the upper part of town. Then a woman mentioned she was at this park and saw one. I have been at that park hiking with Mr x. Even then while walking I'd be imagining one appearing. Well I don't think I'll be going hiking there again. I have a terror of Monsieur ugly and being on a plane.

Mr x going to Costco tomorrow so I said I'll take an inn day. And he wanted some KFC. I did some desky today. Opened weeks mail. It was too dark in here to do more. Plus we had walked. I'm still pretty useless afterwards.

So think I'll hit it. I won't have to hustle to get up and ready to walk. I could sleep in if I wanted. Rest days are important too. I think I need it. I was tripping a bit today on uneven sidewalks. We've done 3 days straight of a long walk. I'm a bit trashed. And just not used to the cold temp yet.

Tonight put in an Amazon order. Getting Mr x a snack box of chips, cookies etc. He likes those. Getting more kpods for me. Right now I have Amazon brand and Peet's. No flavor. But I'm getting one that has lots of flavors. I've had it before. Blueberry, maple etc.

It was 51• on our walk. Rather frosty. I knew it. The two houses had free stuff out. But it was the dregs. Some stuff was dirty even. I did pick up a tiny, palm size light blue Bible. Very cute. Like my poor eyes want to read tiny print. But it's a good reference. I haven't been listening to church radio. I was really into it for awhile. But I'm liking the various stories on Mind Webs. A sci fi old radio show.

Well I feel a lil better. More stuff for Mr x. I was looking up bath salts or bath bombs. But nothing was looking good. It's so tiresome vetting.

Well we're off on another march around the hood tomorrow. I tested my lunch of cheese and deli and I get a very low ch number. Tho this isn't fun. Not being able to eat much at all. My breakfast is fuel so I can workout, my carb less lunch tides me over till din. Din was pretty skimpy. Mr x really cutting back on my feed. On a minuscule bed of brown rice. Like a couple Ts. Then my ensure. It's necessary, I guess. I'm still waiting on eye results. Got to keep ch low. But it's not fun. I can't eat anything fun. I used to sit here at night and snack on stuff. Now nothing. Maybe I'll stabilize one day and can add back a snack or two. I don't remember when I last had pie, ice cream.

We did a long walk today. 1.5 hr. But stopped at 4 lil libraries so time out for that. I picked up a book and Mr x got a DVD. Lil Miss sunshine, I believe.

It was a gray, cold day. Long leggings, 3/4 top, vest, plus arm warmers. Right now I have a hand warmer opened. I'll bring it along on walk if it's still going.

I've started to panic at how close Xmas is. I've done nothing, until today. I just ordered from the Vermont store. Got Mr x a triple liquor fruitcake, fruit candy slices, and me neopolitan candy. It has three flavors. Chocolate, strawberry, coconut.

My usual fruitcake was claxton. But they raised their prices. So I was looking around. This new one comes in a tin. The other one just wrapped up.

I need to put in some Amazon orders. I haven't been cause we go out doing workouts alot. You have to be home when package comes. Luckily they give you a heads up.

We saw two garage sales today. I didn't stop. But we'll go by there again tomorrow. A lot of time stuff is out free. And then I would look. I crave books and clothes. But I don't need clothes. I have this armload that was on the floor. I put it on the bed. Then I grabbed it and threw it in a bin. Too many clothes!

I forgot to mention that yesterday I fed Wally for 5.5 hrs.

I'm going to hit it. I really overworked my eyes looking at the whole Vermont catalog ol. Seems a very sincere family business. It's the Orton family. Father and 3 strapping boys. Men. They do family pic. But where are the women? He must've had a wife. The boys could be 40. They have no mate? Kids? Am I going to have to look this up?

At least I have the fruitcake and candy. I'll look for more stuff for Mr x. But now I better hit it.

I'm off track, of course. Yesterday Mr x got his crown and filling. I did odds n ends and got stuff ready for eye appt today.

Was awake from 4. Up before 6. We left at 8. I didn't forget anything. I painted my nails, put on silver hoops. Wore a print long tunic over black leggings with jean jac. It was cold. Appt was quick. Just camera shot. On the way back saw a sporting's store with boarded up windows. Then saw 3 cop cars. Highly unusual. Cops have become a joke here. They don't exist. We're on our own.

Then my HS site where I blog n post pics changed format. A bunch of my pics disappeared. I'll have to resend them. I think I know what they did. At first the pics you could post on opening page was unlimited. Then they changed it to 20. Now I think it's 10. My pics weren't appearing. You know how pics sometimes need time to appear. But I tried it on different devices and saw the same empty spots. I sent the site a comment. I don't know if I'll renew. I hate being jerked around. I hate them having all the cards. We'll see.

Well got to hit it. Got to get back on track with the exercise. When Mr x was driving, I tried to see and the same horrible double vision remains.
