Yes you are! I was watching an episode of America's got Talent and they had a guy on that was my age and he had died in a car accident a short time after preforming on stage O.O It was so sad!

Yes! It is a thing! My grand dad had it too. For me it feels like a super tight muscle cramp from my left shoulder blade, through my heart region, and out to the outside of my chest >.< It even goes down my shoulder and into the upper part of my left arm which is what freaks me out that I'm having a heart attack XD

Well way to freak people out I have stress chest pain sometimes. I freak out that I'm having a heart attack but it always ends up being tight chest and back muscles XD
