lol. thats awesome. your mom sounds like my mom. when i got in my university for my program she was so excited she told everyone at work. (i go to the university of guelph for environmental science... its the second best university in the country for my program)

anyways, im sure your gran will be right as rain in no time and will back on her feet and out the door in a few weeks probably. hospitals arnt good for you, and the sooner your out the less likely you are to die from being in a hospital.

but i have been told i have attitude so many times.. and i do. and im always like "i wouldnt have this much attitude if you didnt give me a reason to give you attitude. If you were more competent and understanding, maybe there would be a need for me to give you attitude" lol

i think you guys should give them hell! and stand firm on that. if they are treating her poorly, its their fault and they should compensate you for it. she and you are trusting her life in their hands and they are basically spitting on it and saying "no no, thats how you clean it" which is ridiculous.

i wish you guys the best of luck, but im not sure luck is what you need. new nurses would probably be better. lol

your absolutely right. thats why its important to report even almost rapes because that person is out there and he/she is going to get someone who wasnt as fortunate and the person who got away.

you guys should take it as far as you need to. peoples lives are at stake and these nurses are making it worse. something needs to be done. maybe you can write an artical for your local paper about it?

you need to remove her from there asap. holy wow. those nurses are starting to piss me off! lol

but their telling people that because as it gets more used, more people dont come out or suffer from Alzheimer. so yeah.. it is dangerous... but its better then feeling the pain the whole way through right?
