It could. We can file the idea away for later if we want. So, Muggles trying to 'own' witches and wizards, wih big segregation laws going into place about them? You can have your lawyer character if you want.

That could be interesting. Should one of our characters be a Muggle?

Hm... OH OH OH what if the Muggles know about the magical world? But like, it's still all brand-new, and the magical people are still kind of trying to keep things quiet? That way, there could be magic in public, sort of, and the two could meet.
