    Definitely! He loves it and he's really great at it - I'm hoping he'll do really well in college!

    No problem! I'm glad you were able to find another job :D
    Classes were good! I got an A and a B+ for my two summer courses - now my Fall semester is starting up next week so I'll start being wicked busy again, but I'm excited though! Finally taking courses that I care about ;P

    Haha Yeah - definitely sticking with this degree :3 Just wish I had known about it before I switched to Management so I could have avoided that semester being devoted to classes that didn't transfer well LOL

    Haha No no - no dying yet!
    But yeah - it's really crazy how doctors can never seem to do their job and it takes fighting and searching and going out of state to find doctors who can actually do their job and care about the patient lol
    The searching and trial and error is definitely worth it when you find that good doctor though, just sucks you have to go though so many to find them!

    Exactly! That's how I feel as well. The nurses just work there, but the residents LIVE there. They should have more respect for the residents no matter what condition they're in. It's their home and they should feel like it's their home, versus being driven to the point where they purposefully get hurt so they can go into the hospital and get better treatment and care. :/ That right here should tell the staff something! But unfortunately no one cares. They're going to get paid either way. :/

    Oh wow! I just told him about it and it's definitely something he's interested in - he wants to go more of the gaming developing route, but it all uses the same programs and it definitely gives him valid experience - funny part is though, he's just starting to learn Maya!! He has a friend who's a game developer and he's teaching him how to use Maya over the next few months and having him sort of "Apprentice" under him while developing an online game he's working on!

    Apparently he had looked into a program similar through a college a couple years ago but never really looked into it again afterwards because he hadn't graduated yet, then had just forgotten to go back to it - it's something he's planning for the future though! Thanks for the heads up! :D

    Omg I know - it's crazy how they expect us to do that! I'm like - "Ummmm.... no. Not happening. I'm out of the state more often than not, I'm not trying to handle 5 classes on top of all of this, especially with surgeries coming up. I'll stick with 4!"
    I tried 5 before, and it was just too much! Head was in a total spin and I was beyond stressed, which was not good xD;
    So I just keep it at 4 during the year and then in the Summer take 2 classes to make up for it - it's really no different than taking 5 classes a semester and then nothing in the Summer, so I'm not overly worried about it :3

    Haha I know what you mean! I should have my degree nearly finished by now, but I'm only roughly half-way done because I switched my major 4 times xD;
    When I was on campus, my major was Art/Art History with a minor in Business/Marketing - then when I switched to Online after a year, my major was Finance - then after a year of that I switched it to Management with a minor in Marketing, I considered a minor in English as well but it was too time consuming to do a double minor - and then after a Semester of Management I switched and went into the specialized program of Health Care Management with a minor in Marketing since I was planning to go into the Health field anyways after graduation :3
    Soooo between all of the switching, I lost a probably 2 years worth of credits because not everything transferred over between the degrees and each degree had different graduation course requirements, so I took a History course, a Foreign Llanguage, and I believe an English course for nothing, and now have to take a Science course lol
    It as a nightmare - the college hated me after my last switch, especially since it was only a semester later xD;
    Oh well, I'm happy with what I have now so now it's just a matter of finishing the degree! I think I have 2, maybe 3, years left :3
    So my Bachelor's is going to take me 6 years instead of 4 xD;
    Oh well - it happens to everyone! I'm not overly worried about it yet :3

    Pretty crazy when we talk so much it makes me post 2 messages! LOL

    Oh man! That's gotta be rough :(
    At least now you have some idea of the program so it'll be better this time around!
    And hey, a C- isn't that bad considering the circumstances! <3

    Yeah - it's definitely a refresher but still frustrating lol!
    I don't think I'd be able to do it! I'd be begging my instructors for more homework and more advanced projects XD;

    I completely agree - it's disgusting to see how people who are dependent on the staff are treated. If you can go to the bathroom, walk easily, and get dressed all by yourself, then you're treated like God. If you can't do even one of those things, then you're treated like crap. It really sucks because it's driven my Grandma to suicide on more than one occasion. She's never been successful, she's never really wanted to end her life, but it gets her out of the nursing home and into the hospital where it's a bit more care - it's ridiculous that she had to go to such lengths, I feel horrible for her :(
    If there was any way in which we could take care of her we would, but she needs round the clock care and we just can't do that :(

    Haha Yeah - I'm not dying I promise lol! Just a lot of things going on that add up to a huge thing, but it's nothing life threatening :3
    Oh wow! See, I was the opposite - I didn't have depression, and my doctor kept trying to convince me I was depressed, which was MAKING me depressed because she wasn't listening lol!
    When I went to my new doctor he's like, "Well, you definitely have a lot going on, but if you're patient with me we can get it all sorted out, just have to try out some different med combos and things like that. You're definitely NOT depressed, anyone can see that, so it's just a matter of finding a right combo med to work with the Fibro, anxiety, and pain issues we have going on here that are left that haven't been addressed."
    When he said that I'm just thinking, "I love you.... so much right now!"
    He was the first out of 3 primary doctors I've been to that acknowledged the actual issues and didn't try to call it depression xD;

    Oh I agree - sometimes I wonder how people still practice - you'd think they would have been fired and their licenses stripped by now! Some doctors are just horrible :(

  • About Hyda
    Heyy I'm Hyda. {Not going to give my real name unless you are lucky :p}

    I'm 19. :D

    I am very self-sacrificing. I will pretty much go out of my way to help anyone, and that applies even moreso for the friends and family. I'll do anything for the ones I love, so sometimes people take advantage of that. ^^;

    I'm pretty much a video game fanatic. ^^; (RPG's all the way) I know that's weird for a girl but I can't really help it. Other than that, I enjoy singing and drawing.

    That's it I guess. If you want to know anything else, feel free to ask. : D
