In general: You really don't want to know. I held up perfectly like a 'normal' person in a situation that if I had been less stable I would have cut myself, had an anxiety attack, been attacked by suicidial ideations at least three times within a couple of hours but I was calm and... normal. However I have been grinding my teeth to dust in a slow depression since then.
