yeah...well, the black one is gone. We're not sure if he's dead or not. he jumped out from teh inside of teh car a few days back while we were close to town. So, he's lost, dead, or in someones home.
Okay, so a cat that just wandered up a few years back had some kittens, she brought them over here and they stayed here. They've been here for a while and sadly, they have been living under/around/sometimes inside our car. We haven't been able to get out lately since they always hide INSIDE of our car when we try to get them out. So today we really needed some stuff so we were heading out. They ALL hid up inside the car, but we thought only ONE of them were in it. So we sprays wheel well, sides of the car, and I think up under it so that way it would get out. We also honked our car and slooooowly pulled out of the drive way. Before that, we thought we saw some of them get out of the car and run away. So when nothing came out while we were pulling out the drive way, we figured they all had gotten out. Well, when we pulled out into the road and drove down it faster, they all came jumping out and we thought we had run over one...We freaked out a little and then drove up further so that way we could turn around and go see what happened. We didn't see anything so we went back to the house and grandma and my mom went and looked around. They didn't see anything so we hadn't run over any of them, but they did run into the woods. So we drove back on the road and drove towards the store. When we were driving down the road again, we saw some people looking around for the kittens. We pulled over again and my mom talked to them. I had to stay in the car, but I knew what happened. They were looking around and my mom was asking a bunch of questions to the two ladies while the guy was looking around some. The ladies didn't answer the questions my mom were asking. But they did tell us they saw the kittens and everything. They found a calico kitten that looked sick. She/he was hiding in some grass when they found it, but they had to chase it down some before it finally stopped running. So then that's when they started talking again. Well, those ladies still didn't want to answer any questions, but the man did talk to my mom and was nice and everything. Well, he had told them that all of them thought we were dumping the kitties. .__. But that was BEFORE he had thought he saw a fried kitty in out car. ; -; he checked it out, and there wasn't any fried kittens there, thankfully. So, the others went back to our house...well, the black one is still int eh woods hiding. But he'll come back. Anyway, the calico baby is with those people and there trying to find a home for it. But before they went home with it, they went to talk to my grandma. She told them to bring it here and let us take care of it if they couldn't find a home. My mom still feels like crap since they thought she dumped some kittens on the road...I hope they believed us when we told them that we DIDN'T dump them and would NEVER dump kittens. We think the guy did, though.
