Today I logged onto mene with a larger than I remembered gold count, and a new PM.
Still bleary eyed from sleep, I clicked on my PM only to be notified that I have won Admins Pick this week!!!!



"Looking like a visiting warrior goddess from outer space, do you think she comes in peace? D: That sword's just ceremonial, right? Very nice looking outfit though, pretty colour combination, I like the use of the leg warmers to balance out the hair, and how many of the colours are reflected in other pieces; the jade on the shoulder guard and the teal of the bustier both complimenting the tones in the peacock tail(and the eyes), and the purple of the little shawl going nicely with the hairpin and the darkest colour in the middle of the feathers, and those little bits of black for some depth.

I also like how the stars from the galaxy are all contained within the curve of the moon, those two items work very well together

But mainly the appeal here is how the outfit has been worked around the shades that make up the tail, and to great effect, well done Hollywood ^^"

I am just THRILLED over this.... wow....I never thought I would be an Admins Pick!! Everyone who has ever won has had such a great avatar and I am just so happy to be displayed amongst them!

It's funny how something like this canmake you so happy and set the wheels in motion for a great day.

I have to give my cat a bath now, and I'm not excited about that.... but at least I have this!

I suck at logging on to websites that I adore.
The only things I'll give a constant check to are facebook and perezhilton.

I cant even be continuous with WoW, which is usually highly addictive!!!

Anyways, yet again, I am back here at mene. Again it has grown and again I am amazed.

Trying to sell a few items to generate some gold to go commons shopping.... and not having very much luck.
I guess having large ammounts of gold sitting around isn't usual for the general populace of Mene...so things with higher buy-values like Carival Hairpins or Chaos scepters are harder to buy with pure.

I am suprised that the Queens crown on my head is worth so much these days...

Well, i got caught up in the whirlwind that is life... and unfortunately, life kept me away from here yet again.
the halloween spirit brought me back here today, and I am left staring in amazement at how far this site has come.
I joined fairly early on in the conception of this site, but have taken two large hiatus'.
I do love this website, and I am going to honesty try to come back here stronger than ever...
find my place, and fit in.
First, to get the hallowe'en items... haha.
actually, first is to fix my avatar so that it has hair and eyes.... cuz thats juuuust a little creepy... haha.
