Haha well there is definitely some good metal in Norway! :P
I honestly like a bit of everything but i steer more towards metal these days, like the viking metal of amon amarth or the thrash metal of testament and accept. Jazz fusion sounds interesting hmm!
I like epic music too, like, trailer/movie soundtracks, it helps me concentrate when im reading or writing

Erm, you might find some science students in the college/uni talk places, but i doubt they're active, usually i just hang in the menewsha nation where most people are and strike up random conversation till somebody is interested in what i am haha.
So what kind of music are you in to? For some reason i always assume everybody likes rock and metal xD
Haha well im no good with maths but me and my friend are in to science for sure! His mums a science teacher so if i ever wanna know something he's my go to guy xD
And yeah i know what you mean you will get used to it though, Itll be quiet until later on for our time zone as all the overseas are sleeping, but if you are around close to xmas the event will make it much busier! Just keep clicking on 'new posts' at the top under the games tab, then you can keep an eye on which thread is most recently active :)
