Okay well for you avatar that's easy just go to your invintory then click edit avatar and you will se tabs First says body click that and pick your gender and whatt not then click the next one that says aperence and you can pick like your eyes and stuff and clothes are under the inventory tab and. Shadows are like a dressing room or a wish list kinda thing.
