You cannot just "do" Admin's Pick. Jelly goes around and chooses the avatar she thinks is the coolest on the entire site at that moment. There's no applying. Just dress your avi the way you like, and you might get lucky. ^_^

Hey... I don't think I know you. I don't take random friend requests unless you're interested in getting to know each other. I hate having a friend list of people who I don't know at all.

To put on clothes, you go to your inventory and click on the clothes you would like to put on. :yes:

If you want to add a friend go to that person's profile. Under their friend's list you will see a button that says "Befriend..." Click it and you will go through the short process of sending a friend request. :)
