Sorry, I hope you don't mind.

    Oh, glad to hear that!

Just potting soil, is what the guy in the video said. Hmm, well considering how well the bush took, I'd say that the rose are at least adapted to the winters here already.

I may not have a green thumb yet, but I've certainly been doing some research about growing things. Like microgreens are fun because you can grow them indoors year round; they also have a pretty good turnaround rate, as in they're able to be eaten pretty quick after they've been grown. Though of course I have absolutely no practical experience to back this up, lol. As for the hydroponic fish thingies, I think you can buy special aquariums set up specifically for that kind of thing.

There are a whole bunch of things you can find when you look up NaNoWriMo Preparation, even if you're not participating the stuff is very useful.

    Oh that's fine, no worries!

Different country, Carn. So no holidays over here.

Aw, I hope you're feeling better!

Apparently rose bushes aren't too hard to propagate. From what I've found, on youtube, you take a cutting of new growth, stick it in dirt in a small pot and wait for roots to take. If it doesn't happen in four weeks, then it didn't ... apparently. I'm looking forward to trying. Oooh, those look like they might give you a really pretty tree.

Hmm, have you thought about invinting people over to teach them how to grow their own food? There are actually a few farms around where I live that do that, kind of a no-pay kind of internship where people have room and board. The farms get affordable labor, and the workers get to learn how to grow stuff, or how to take care of animals and all that, depending on what kind of farm it is. I was interested in a program that's all about that, but ended up not getting a placement because I got an icky vibe from the people who had offered me a place, just because the living situation wasn't what they had made it out to be at first. Have you ever tried growing microgreens? You could sell them to restaurants, packed with nutrients as they are people like putting them in salads and on sandwhiches. A company in the area does that, and they're profitable enough to be expanding at the moment.

You could look up the Snowflake Method, then there's working with an index card outline, or you could maybe look up the books by sarah Marshall, I think her name is, where she has a very detailed method lined out in her books. Writer's Digest is also a website with plenty of information, interesting articles and stuff like that. Even as a non-subscribor you get access to lots of things.

A webcomic, I think. The one time I read it, it was something like One Punch Man (ONE), the one at the end probably to show that it's the original that the manga is based from or something like that.

I really want to try making a wild rose bonsai from a cutting. There's this bush in the yard that's been grown from a bit my grandfather gave my parents, and it'd be great if I could take a bit of it with me when I finally move. Plus I was thinking of trying to grow a tree from an oak that's not too far from where I live, and then there are the seedling maple trees that pop up like weeds in the yard ... Yeah, lots of possibilities. XD Dunno where I would get the dishes, tools and wire though.

Either I find something, or I'll make a job for myself!

We were, weren't we? It's not necessarily a planning method per say, I've found those just don't work for me. I ask myself questions, and then try to come up with the answers. Actually, I have a few I need to take care of before I forget; also, I'm trying to keep track of what I come up with through a sorry attempt of a story bible, because I have a feeling this world will be home of at least one series, if not more.

I admit, I've read the webtoon, and the manga version, so ... I've got a bit of an idea of what might happen in the second season.

Gotcha, I really just don't like the art of that show overall.

Ooh, gardening! Do you know anything about growing bonsai? I really want to try it, but I have no clue where to start.

Speaking of work, I'm currently looking for some. Mostly ... well anything that'll get me some experience, since it's been a while since I worked last and after a few interviews it seems like experience is what I lack. Then there's my writing, on that front I've finally settled on an idea, now I'm just exploring the world with short stories, trying to flesh out some characters.

Plus, I'm looking forward to the second season of One Punch Man!
