She's gonna have no staff soon, and a lot of the parents are takin their kids out now too.

I think I'm screwed anyway cause she made me sign a letter sayin it was ok to cut my hours I just didn't think she'd be such a bitch and only give us half a day a week. If I knew the manager was gonna be made to leave I would have refused to sign it. Laura would never have cut the hours as much as they have been.

Well I think, since I work with children, they've broken a law anyway by not givin me a contract and they didn't renew my criminal record check so it doesn't have their company name on it. My mum had a similar thing, contract wise, when she worked at a school and the council said they were gonna start askin questions because they hadn't given her a contract within the first 12 months. Child protection things and all that. She took over the company 3 years ago and changed the name but hasn't changed anybodies contract.

There was erm grenades at those shootings yesterday.

Yeah hopefully. I am worried they'll say there's nothin I can do since I have no written contract. :(

I can't go till Friday though, they only do employment advice on Fridays and they were already shut when I got back and found out where they were.

this day just got worse and worse, there was TWO shootings round me house and while I was at the stables a man popped up from the stream, luckily I heard the trees rustling and called my mum so he ran off when he saw me on the phone. Scared the crap out of me. Now my car isn't on the drive because there's a big transit van parked across it.

I think I'm gonna cry soon. Work was my one happy place and now it's gone.

Yeah doesn't look like I'm gettin any good news any time soon. I just went to work for my shifts for next week, and see some of my kiddies cause I've been off on holidays all week, I was rota'd in for HALF A DAY FOR THE FULL FUCKIN WEEK WTF but before I left she asked me to go to the other nursery the woman owns so now I have to find this nursery I've never been to and work with people and children I've never seen before. Next week is gonna be so horrible. I'm doin 2 and a half days there now, I mean yeah it's more but I really don't want to go to Denton but I can't say no because I need the money.

Yeah good news would be nice. I might just stock up on energy drinks and ice cream and have a movie night.

I don't think that's possible the way humans are.
