That's so true! But only if it's good Mexican food. My mom had the best Mexican ever once when she visited Oaxaca. Except that she got Montezuma's Revenge and had the worst food poisoning imaginable. XD But it was okay, because the food was amazing.
Hahah, wellll, no. But it's mostly drug...Gang war related stuff. So a lot of normal people are getting kidnapped. And also, if you happen to be on a street during a shooting, they don't care if you get in the way of their gun. XD; And the best food isn't on the border, it's in central Mexico, which is still kinda far.
*pats reassuringly* It's okay. I live half an hour from Mexico and I've still never been there. XD And I'm not likely to for a long time because politically and socially it's a mess right now.
Oh, it is! I love tapas! Except that we only have one Spanish restaurant and I bet it is awful in comparison with actual from-Spain-Spanish-food. I'm about an hour and a half from Mexico so we at least have the benefit good Mexican food. <3
