No, not unless there's too much snow for the buses to travel safely.
Then, usually they'll just delay the start for a couple of hours.
More likely to cancel school if it is very icy.

Wooow that's cold! It's 25 here. We are supposed to get snow tomorrow. Do the kids get out of school when it's that cold?
