I'm having some ice Joe. I hope it doesn't keep me up. Din was clam linguine, mahi mahi, mix veg, orange, and 2 choc kisses. I still want this small protein bar. It has low carbs and somehow I get a good ch number from it in the morning.

Tho I'm rationing my strips. I don't think I want to see the doc this year. Give the virus time to dissipate.

I sorted the basket of Sox into winter ones, old ones, thick ones, reg ones, and ped ones.

I read some of my book till it got too heavy, which isn't long. Basically I was kind of a bum. I took a rest. Can't sleep cause of the banging of course. Listened to an Irish accent on church radio. They said the God is running the universe. I wondered what God does nowadays. How does that work? Making a star, a planet. Does he wave a wand? Wiggle his nose? They were saying when man gets all obsessed with nature's doings, it takes away from honouring god. That was interesting. Folks talk about nature like it's real. Don't fool mother nature. You can believe in mother nature but not God?

I read it's Ramadan. A fasting holiday for Muslims. That sounds interesting too. I think the study of different religions would be interesting. How they're tied into holidays. The food!

I also reset a small clock. That's been on my list for a long time. I'm expecting to hear from back nabe. The initial fence time table was for this Monday. I have to write the check. And Mr x has to deliver it.

I'm tired today. Looked up side effects on melatonin and one is dizziness. Hmm. I was using up Mr xs bottle. They don't work for him. Even then I split the pill in half. Now I'll let some days pass then retry a quarter.

I'm not getting any desky done. Guess I should be glad I'm not dizzy. I don't know about tomorrow's slog. If I'm still feeling off, I can do a skate session. I have actually never worn my new turquoise helmet. I didn't do much skating last year.

I did throw the basket of my Sox on the bed. Have to sort them. All winter ones away. Only the thin ped ones I'll keep out.

Today is going to be low production. Maybe I'll read some mags. Gfs two new boxes of them still await. I still have piles before that. And I could read my book. Soup was bean with bacon. And I had a PBJ.

Yesterday I found I couldn't use spaghetti top as slog top. It's too thin. There's a reason sports tops are chosen. It has stretchy, compression material. I don't have that many. I do not want more. I'll just rewear what I have.

It was unpleasant weather slogging today. It was 57• with 17 wind. I take a break after each 20 min and it was very short as it was cold. I didn't stay out and read.

My ch was pretty low after the slog and I had a slim fast shake. Couple hours later Mr x made din. A huge salmon piece, polenta, mix veg, orange. Plus 2 Hershey kisses. I even considered a low carb protein bar. But I felt a lil dizzy. Which was strange. Then I definitely was. Well, I didn't want to fall down so I told Mr x I'd go rest a couple hours. I listened to church radio.

I was listening to a southern pastor, I believe. He pronounced window as win duh. It interested me because I had taken an English class once where we diagrammed sentences. I was thinking regional differences would have to be taken into consideration.

I saw this Twitter vid of a woman in Louisiana, I think. I was surprised she sounded like me. There's also this Indiana gal and she moved to Tennessee and she said she couldn't understand them.

Anyway, after the nap I tested ch again. Was it too high cause of the polenta? Was that why I got dizzy? But it was normal. So I don't know what that was about. Maybe the weather was too cold for me. And I'm up to an hour now. Sometimes I don't realize the wherefores until later.

I sewed that last green Sox this morning. It was a tiny hole. My game is to try to eyeball the exact length of thread needed so there's no waste. And I got it right. I also like to do this on wrapping presents. Just the right amount to cover. You know Mr xs wrapping. It's twice as much.

I saw the back nabe in his yard, because the fence is down. I hope he goes back in before I have to slog. I'm dilly dallying for the temp to ramp up more. It's about 58•

I also was messing with my clothes. Putting away winter pants, bringing out shorts. I brought out my spaghetti strap tops. Going to wear a purple one with reg white Terry shorts. Usually I wear sports fabrics but it's cool out. And you should never, ever wear a gray t-shirt in any strenuous activity. It'll look really bad.

I'm on a Cafe break. I don't usually have a 2nd cup o Joe. The political nabe dropped by and they talked for one hour. I was mending. I did 6 items. Had one more Sox but needed my pbj and by then the sun had gone over the yardarm. I even sewed this long bag. A sling bag. But I'm short so it was down to my knee. I cut a piece out then used strong thread. So it was a good session. But I can't put the stuff away cause of that one Sox. This is on the way to clearing underneath the table. So I can get that treadmill out. The scrap haulers just are not coming around so I'll have to research.

Heard Brenda song and maccauley Culkin had a kid. That was a surprise. We didn't even know they were a couple. He's Paris Jackson's godfather, I think.

No Am package yet. I want a nap.

I got up around 8:30 a.m. wow, melatonin really works. Dang bangers are back. Mr x hit Costco again. Brought back list of what protein bars they have. Didn't look good.

I have a fake mirror. Yesterday I was in my slog outfit. A striped halter swim top and red shorts. I looked pretty svelte in the mirror. So I asked Mr x to take a pic. Wow. Now I looked chunky around my middle. They always say the camera adds pounds.

I was thinking, too, that my knee clicking is from past injury perhaps. If I needed more water for joints, my other knee would be clicking too.

So, it's an Inn day. I'm kind of tired but must work. I will do some mending first. Sun is still bright in here.

So got to do my hair and git er done, son!

After din greetings! It was some pasta with broccoli in red sauce, green beans, and orange. I'll prob get a decafe soon. I wish Mr x could make it for me. Making a small pot for us. But Mr x doesn't drink Joe. He likes beer. I hate beer.

I'm pooped. Did my slog. Washed the patio furniture. Used Mr X's new hose nozzle. Very smooth. It was delightful to have no clang banging for two days.

Soup was clam chowder this morning. I put in an Amazon order. Some loofahs. A gorgeous fuchsia/blue one. And it's 60g. We're using 75g size but it's too big for me. Then couple more protein bar boxes.

And that about empties out my capital one debit card. I'll close out the account and my life will become simpler.

Tomorrow's an Inn day. My knee has begun clicking. I used the knee strap. I'd rather not do two slogs in a row but I have to. Because of the odd days of the week. Why couldn't it have been eight? So I was googling clicking knees. It suggested drinking more water, stretching exercises.

Oh, I had the melatonin and was up an hour earlier. I'll continue.

I'm done in tonight. Kind of a headache and my face feels hot. It wasn't super hot white slogging. I wanted to wear a long crop top and it didn't fit! So I wore this purple with white trim swim top. I got them as running tops when I used to run in the rain.

Later Mr x made a yummy din. Soup this morning was tomato basil. I'm not going to have a snack tonight cause there were potatoes and two fig Newton's included in din. Plus I took the melatonin and getting sleepy. Last night after a sermon or two that annoying counselor segment came on and a guy who wrote some counseling book was there. I turned it off. I couldn't tell you what the sermon was about. What was it? He was quoting different passages. Oh, I know. He was talking how God knows everything you think, will think. This total omniscient being. I don't see why he doesn't help more. Must we go thru these trials? It feels like we're his experiment.

I don't like how they say sin was because of adam n Eve disobeying. To damn future generations forever for their mistake. Weren't they just made? They didn't even have a childhood. Aren't they basically children then? This seems the weakest link in the story. I always hated when a church person would talk to me and want me to say the I have sinned part. For my unreligious self that's strange to say.

So I view this church radio as my education. I've dabbled in religious books before. In fact I have a bunch unread.

I finished this mystery book and it was quite a ride. A woman was killed. Who did it? It fooled me and I've read tons of books. That's the sign of a well crafted mystery. Having all these suspects but hard to pick the guilty one. You have to look for the motivation. And that's tricky sometimes.

I am too beat to em gf. She was telling me of this boy in grade school who was a creep to her. He threw lemons at her and slammed her fingers in a locker. I found him ol. He still looks mean. Gf and my bro were in the same class in maybe 7th grade. I wouldn't know her till maybe junior year in HS. What a long relationship.

Happy sunny Saturday! The clang bangers aren't here. Is it my bday or was it the dandelion I blew on? Nonetheless, I'll take it. Just had my cookie dough protein bar. Good, but so small. Then I remembered I didn't have my soup yet. So Mr x tromped out to heat it.

I did write to my pal. I have no outstanding ems to return! My cuz did write, but we put a lil space between responses. I have to do some research. She lives in Berkeley. I saw an article about neighborhood stairs in Berkeley and Oakland. Some do a pilgrimage and try to walk all of them. Also, in SF they have extra long streets, but there's a staircase midway to access the st below. It's very cool. On one, some artists painted the stairs. It became a destination. Tourists would arrive, walk the beautiful stairs, then return to find their car window smashed in and plundered.

I shall savor today's quiet slog.

I sorted thru two box files. No statement. So I found it ol, but was not able to print it. So I took a screenshot of it that I'll use.

I think it's perhaps my redmi phone. It's glitching cause it's running out of space.

I looked thru my copy paper. I have a huge box gf gave me. It was her office's discontinued logo paper. I can use the back or front if it's some personal copy. She also gave me some new printer paper. She was tossing everything when she moved. She's back working now after having the virus.

Think I'll return a pals em. He last wrote in Feb. His hobby is baking n movies. I don't find many guys that like to bake.
