Also, my fiance's mother had three shih tzus about as dumb as you described xD

They were all outwitted by a blind and mostly deaf retriever mix. She was the only one who would ring the bells hanging on the door to go outside and do her business. The rest of them would just relieve themselves inside the house >_>
