    Yeah they told my cousin not to either and she did anyways, she lived 13 more years. I am sure it was worth it for her, I just pray her son doesn't resent her for his life. I doubt he does and that is good. She knew the risk. She had already had her kidney transplant and I am thinking she was on another list though she had to wait because she decided to be pregnant. I don't believe she got the 2nd kidney.

    Adopting is a wonderful thing, I pray I can one day, I hate it is so expensive! I wish it wasn't a business, give children that need homes to loving families that need children, not charge 20,000, ya know?

    That would be amazing actually. A coloring book for kids, I completely like that idea. My cousin had spent times in the Ronald McDonald House. She was told not to have children, but her and her husband had one son and after that her kidney failed on her again.
    If you don't mind me asking how long did you know you had it? They found out when my cousin was a child.

    She is not. Unfortunately she is no longer with us. She died a few years back she was 40 when she died.

    I had a cousin who had Lupus, it had attacked her kidneys. Seeing your signature made me think about her and I thought I would share. She was such a fighter and I am glad I had the chance of having her in my life.
