Call me Kawaii-Chan! Though most people either call me Usagi or Sailor Moon. Yeah, I can be girly sometimes. Because I'm a girl. Problem?
I'm an Otaku for both anime and manga (as if you can't tell). I'm an occasional video gamer. I love American cartoons; Cartoon Network and especially Adult Swim. I consider myself to be an artist due to my passion for drawing and coloring. I love organizing and cleaning things. I tend to be very logical and always do my research. I try to be very realistic, preferring to look at the cup not half full, not half empty, but both at the same time. I like to think things through. I can also be very psychological, or as my BF would put it, Freudian. I find I also rather like Astronomy, because I can't help but admire the beauty of the cosmos. I like to be poetic and I've been told I speak with a certain form of eloquence. I lurk much more then I post, but I really like to talk. I will do my best to be nice to you BUT I will only show you the same respect you show me.
Now you may be asking yourself 'Why do you relate to Sailor Moon/Usagi so much, random person I met on the intarwebz?' Well, Sailor Moon is a show I've watched since I can remember. As any good show does, as you grow it grows up with you and I found that at just about any age I could enjoy this series in one incarnation or another. It's one of those things that made me laugh in the bad times and something I could criticize in the good times. I ADORE all the mythology that's in the background of the series that you wouldn't even know is there if you didn't know it was there. (Yes, that's very confusing, which makes me love it all the more!) The icing on the cake came when I realized Usagi is meant to be a Jesus analog. I consider myself a Christian, but far from a traditional one, and Usagi isn't exactly the most traditional hero either. I realize I come off as more mature then her as most people view her as an air-head, but she does mature by the time she becomes Queen right? That's my argument and I'm sticking to it! I can still be rather naïve, I hate waking up in the morning, and I love cute and cuddly things. It's all good.
