i watched it at summer camp, probably because it was cheap for them to rent. i definitely prefer the movies, or even the video games hahah, but they captured the characters well and i definitely got engaged in the art style. do you typically like animated movies, or is there another genre you watch more?

that's such a pretty movie. i wish i could paint like that, they just don't do animation like that anymore.

same, Coco is my favorite animated movie, so it really touched me to see how much thought they put into every little detail. i'm so glad they won, they really deserved it. and having the lights really worked out in their favor! i just wish i could go see it in person, the camera can only do so much.

we just finished day 1! so cool, it's cool that the teams are all sculptors in other mediums but they have ice masters leading them. and i love that the prompts are all disney themed too! it was so cool to see them use that huge saw when they first start carving.

that sounds like such a nice event. it makes it more special when you don't see it all the time. historic villages are really cool! there's a lot of those around where i live now, although it's mostly just 1700s and 1800s.

yess those are fun. i like that Holiday Lights Show that's on streaming. there's really cool, giant displays some people do outside their houses when i visit Staten Island, NYC, with animatronics like the ones on the Small World ride at disney, or window displays like at Macy's. they totally make me feel like i'm on the show, total christmas overdose.

    fun! glad to inspire :D

yesss. you know, i've never ridden in one of those before, but i had a friend who drove them, isn't that ironic? i used to work in downtown Denver, and they'd be all around the outdoor mall, just parked along the streets, so i'd get to go up and pet the horses sometimes. i bet all the lights would look so pretty riding along in a carriage.

do you have something like lights in the park where you are? every year, we like to go drive through like a forest or a park lit up with animated christmas lights in our car, and it has a very similar feeling to a carriage through the city.

it's hard to get good pics, but here's the entrance to one
