I know! I'm glad he's chosen a noble profession. :P he does play regular guitar, though in the band he's the bassist.

Yeah, he wanted to study music, but decided that he didn't want to be a teacher, and wanted to be a doctor instead. He plays bass guitar in his band. :p

My boyfriend is studying to become a doctor, but he's part of a band in his spare time. :3c

Can always impress your partner with some piano pieces. :P

That poor guitar. :( Yeah, some parents force music onto their kids, rather than letting the kids explore music and allowing them to choose what they want to do!

Yeah, It's always better for you to WANT to play an instrument, rather than being forced to. I was forced to play the trumpet because my older brother and sister played it in elementary school, and it was the only instrument we had on hand. :c

That's pretty jerky of them. :( I wanted to play the flute, but my mom said that it was for girls. I was kind of upset. :P It isn't a big deal, though! I may not be singing now if I was allowed to play the flute! I have rudimentary piano skills, but I have to retake the piano courses. ;/

Yeah, I'm studying music education with a vocal concentration. :P I don't really have any other musical talents! I used to play trumpet, but I hated it.
