she annoyed the crap out of me, i just think the whole movie could have been better without her xD... for instance... why could he not have been gay? LOL

she's not a princess, she's a girl from How to train your dragon, and she's like... so abrasive i guess would be the word. she's really douchy and the main character- my signature- really loves her because she's hot and she's all the viking that he can't be. its really good, i think you'd like her though.

well no, the only thing keeping him from doing that is Jasmin. Jafar is all into selling her off in the beginning, just to get rid of her, but then he realizes he could marry her so he takes her. I understand your point of view, but all i see is a girl thats radical feminist and totally undermining hundreds of years of tradition just because she personally doesn't want to. the law probably didn't matter to her until her father started worrying about it. then she decided she didn't like the law. she just seems to headstrong for me to like. if i were aladdin i might've hit her xD not in her face mind you, just on the arm or something lol Astrid from HTTYD reminds me of Jasmin

well again, tradition says she gets married, law says she gets married, her father isn't really pushing her to do it out of maliciousness, but out of worry and fear for how she will fare in the world after he's passed on. i think she's kind of spitting in his face for caring about her.

i really hated Jasmin, i always thought she was being a really stuck up jerk. there were hundreds of other indian princesses (and i don't think they were actually allowed to marry) and they lived their days in court silently and unseen (they weren't allowed to be seen by anyone but the family, and not touched by anyone but the family or a doctor) and she- like a lot of other disney characters- can't just accept that that is their role, they have to dig up tradition and whatnot. i probably sound misogynistic, but i'm really not xD.
